Dia..
Why was the second semester of 2008 is about dia ? Is he/she my biggest enemy at the moment ? Experience, well. he/she ok enough but too licik

Again, problem with downstairs big bosss
i dont know why dia keep finding problem with me. Last month dia asked me to did the taxes payment which is the ghost can do it sendiri. Well this month because of ghost on long leave, she asking me to do the taxes payment. For me, doing this is ok, no big deal. the problem is the way she ORDERED "not asking with please etc" me to do it. Unless my boss ask me to do it, i'll do it right away.
Kenapa selalu envy with me ? cos her education is the lower compare to others???

Problem almost solved...
Last christmas eve, the down stair big boss ORDERED me to fix the unbalanced. Wow man!!!!, even my own big boss never give order like that to me. I called head office and they asked me to NOT TO fix the job because it wasnt my job decs and it is fully his/her job. They said, if everything should be down by me then i must be the big boss now!! thank you guys, you are really helping me solved the problem.
Well, while in finishing that job, huan ce hiok down stair claimed that i was arguing with her boss. And one of charlie's angels told me, that huan ce hoik down stair asked whether i was arguing with her boss. well, problem solved and i dont care anymore.
Probably my friends in head office has told her that this was her job to make it balanced. Tomorrow i will see whether it has been solved or not. Let's see tomorrow.
On New year I will be flying to Jkt :P, accompanying my mum :P and will be back to work on monday :P Yeahhhhh....

what happen to this earth??
I have two days off last week. And today I get back to work and felt that the situation has been different. Don’t know why and it seemed something has changed and I don’t care anymore. One of the staff gets an offer in other company and confused whether to take it or leave it. What I suggest was take it because he/she can learn more and more even the job almost the same.
My “not balance report” haven’t solved yet and I don’t want to care anymore. The downstairs big boss seemed to change her attitude a bit or probable something wrong in his/her family? Who knows?
My New Year wish is to get another job that I like. This is not because I don’t like my current job but….the people and environment around me that not support my progress to the top. The individuals don’t support the cooperation and sharing thing that we have in order to solve some problems. The way they do is hide every single mistake they have made and try to dig every other mistake that made by other else such a not cooperative attitude. What I like is we can share every single problem we have and solve it together. By doing this all of us can move to the next level and become a competent people, not like this. Jadi ga semangat lagi neh to work in this kind of situation. Every one become enemy and don’t know who is ur true friend and who is ur enemy because one can be double sided depends on the situation.
I have good news. One of my best friends is getting married. Her groom is also one of my friends. I think this was love at the first sigh(hmm I think misspelled here somehow), they haven’t talk for more than 20 years and when they met only one day, they can decide to be together. MIRACLE……

this week full of work and bit of tired because of those unfinished work
ada selisih di laporan and no one want to fixed it and every one seemed to agree that problem was mine. No one want to admit those mistakes were theirs.
and this afternoon 2 seniors attacked me and said that it was my duty to fixed it. ok it doesnt matter for me.
just wait my movement and see what i can do about that. dunno it is gud or bad .....

Meeting again (not part of my jobdesc.....)
Last week, I went to Bandung to join Annual Secretary meeting. Started from home town, flied to Jakarta and then met up at ABM office and then altogether went to Bandung by bus.
The meeting was quite informative for me. Actually, I don’t have the right to join this meeting but because of the Big Boss order, then I went there to hear and report to him, what I have heard in that meeting.
Basically, the meeting was introducing new managers and his staffs that responsible for each problem. Then they discuss about the HR and its problems in branch.
While in Bandung, I went to Paris Van Java, the typical mall in that city. I found it very different compare to others malls in Indonesia. The design was close to nature with some stores that open like local store. It is modern but so local. Then I also went to Ciwok or they called it Cihampelas Walk. This was new experience for me. New concept that I can accept in this modern life.
I also met LC, that I haven’t met for long time, probably for about 5 years. She is in uni now and going to finish in 1.5 year’s time. I also meet 2c and her husband, also Kv who stayed new to the hotel I stayed.
New experience, more new people and from different department in that meeting
I need to handle my job quite well so I can get promoted soon or find other job that more challenging than this one or ……
The situation in office right now is good, despite that some people still acting annoying but it is ok as long as I don’t feel that is irritating.

This is just another day
Don’t know where to start.
But I’ll try to spell out my story.
This is the story of the day. It has been annoying for months, I think.
The process division can’t work quickly and give an instant report when I want it. This morning, when I called them, and asking them to fix their report, Akong (refers to one of the youngest staff there), I think he, pretend don’t know what the report was. Well, I am a bit upset. He has been working for about 10 months and doing the work “officially” for 8 months and still don’t know what the report was, can you believe it? It that professionals way of working? What can I tell? Should I be angry? Is that worthed to hire such an employee?? Or just wasting your cost? Is that my fault that I always rush them in order to give me their report? Well, I have deadlines to face, different with them.
Should I be angry to Akong or to all the people there? According to their boss, they (Akong, Stubborn and Slowmover) don’t like me because of something that I don’t really know. Maybe my way of working is straight and they can adopt my way of working? Or because of I am asking them to prepare proving worksheet that they don’t do before? Of because of the audit report saying that the report should be signed by the big boss and they didn’t?
Yesteday, the manager (she) trying to make a peacefull, that I have to considered them and I have to “mengalah” in order to keep the peace air there and I still need them in the future. Well if I can say, I don’t need them, all I need is the reports!!!. They only operators, I can say???
Tomorrow I have to ask the manager, which action that they don’t or try to hate me?
Or about the printer? Well, when the printer stuck or error, well, I have to ask the IT to fix it. This is because I need to use the printer to print the report. If I don’t need it, why should I need them? All I think is for the shake of company while they are? What did they think? All they think is about have extra hours to fill in their savings? I don’t know.
I need to hunting for new opportunity, I think. Asap……
See what happen tomorrow then.
NB: I planed to report this to big boss on Monday but there is a way that I report it today. Ada aja jalannya kl mau lapor, padahal rencana kan senin biar dia konsen the promo minggu ini hehe. Tq Lord for giving my ways

it has beeeennn a long long time since the last post
and i think this is the first post for this year
there are lots of news n updates
well, i got my new job. it is challenging but in some points, meeting annoying people, make this job not interesting at all., OMG, how come my english so amburadul????
going on duty this monday, i have a 3 hours meeting in SMG and i have to spend 2 days just for travelling. wish the meeting is held in Jakarta, how beautiful that is :P
i will try to rebuild my blog this time.....
have lots of story to tell but lazy to type
i have my experiences with linux. not that difficult but disturbing rules or form still appear
(is the last paragraf conneted to the before? hehehhe)
need to improved my english.................. so decreasing right now...

havent post for a long long time due to the internet connection and i am getting lazy to type
have lots of 'bencana' this year
lost of Adam air, shrinking ships, many natural disasters... flood in jakarta
and tomolo is the anniversary(dunno how to say it) of my late aunty. it has been a year ou left us and we felt so 'empty' through this year but i can tell you that yen n wang have grown up.. udah mandiri

Thinking about life
Have u thing about death? What would you gonna do when you find out that u have very very bad condition even u have much money to cure but the possibility to cure is low? Keep fighting or just give up?
Keep fighting is good when you have enough money
Give up if you felt that wasting money and wasting other family’s members time to take care of you.
Which one do you choose? By giving up, it showed that you don’t want to make other people become busy of taking care of you but the other side, it showed that you don’t have initiation to live longer or at least to try to cure ur deceases.
Have u think of having children of your own? I am sure that you must have think about it. Before you have it, u always think of the beautiful side that u have something to proud of in the future, but when you really have your own, have you think of it as burdens? Well this is depends on the person themselves. The one with full prosperity will think it easy and the responsibility to take care the children run to nanny that mostly can take good care of children. The other side, will have 2 ways to choose, one is take good care of the children and keep work hard, the other side is let the children grows up by themselves. Which path you choose?
Well having not posting for quite a long time, I think my ability to write and speak in English is decreasing. This afternoon when I talked to my cousin in English, I found that I have difficulties in some vocabs or jus because I talked to the person I really know not to stranger?

The 17th Annual Golden Melody Awards (The Taiwanese equivalent of Grammies) will commence this Saturday June 10th. The latest buzz is about the red carpet, what clothes the stars will wear, who will walk in with whom. One of the celebrities that is causing the most stir is Leehom. Leehom is a musician and that is as much as many know about him. He has been one of the few celebrities that has effectively hid his private romance life from the media. He perfers to focus on his music and doesn't like to use his public life to stir up publicity. But his secrecy is a double-edged sword. Many people respect him for having such a professional attitude, yet at the same time many prying eyes are trying to discover Leehom's private life. After a year full of defamatory rumours made by the media from his gay relationship, to a relationship with Victoria, to a relationship with Shu Qi, many are wondering who Leehom is taking onto the red carpet. The 17th Annual Golden Melody Awards (The Taiwanese equivalent of Grammies) will commence this Saturday June 10th. The latest buzz is about the red carpet, what clothes the stars will wear, who will walk in with whom. One of the celebrities that is causing the most stir is Leehom. Leehom is a musician and that is as much as many know about him. He has been one of the few celebrities that has effectively hid his private romance life from the media.
